c o o k i e !
I'm not much of a cook but when I do cook this is what I bake. I've convinced myself that they are healthy for every meal.
Rangers eat them——they've got to be good!
"Ranger Cookies"
In large bowl mix the following ingredients together. Stir well till butter is integrated.
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar (I like the dark brown kind)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
---------
now add to the bowl:
2 cups white flour
2 cups oats
1 cup coconut
2 cups rice krispies or corn flakes

I don't care for chocolate, but i hear it's a great addition.
---------
bake 9-10 minutes at 350 degrees
YUM!

Kindra! These cookies are making me salivate so much. My fridge in Brighton is fairly empty since I just arrived on Monday, but I may have to make some baked goods before the week is out!

gina, it calls for 1/4tsp but i don't add it. seriously, it's not missed! let me know what you think.

YUM! I just made these for my family with Crispix instead of corn flakes-they were a hit!
Yummy! Just make sure that this cookie is not just for rangers! LOL!
