Hi there Codger!
I found them in a thrift store in St. Paul Minnesota! In the back of the books, there's a note that reads: "ORDER MORE REFILLS FROM YOUR DEALER. IF HE DOES NOT HAVE WHAT YOU WANT, WRITE US GIVING DEALERS NAME WHEN ORDERING. SPECIFY SIZE NO. 340. WESTFIELD, MASS."
