Look at these gems!! While my foundation 2-D students were documenting and gathering source materials for their first project—I was sneaking photos inside various markets along nicollet avenue. I had no idea there were so many tapioca varieties as it is one of my all-time favorite desserts.
Here are a couple photos from an exhibit highlighting Russian ephemera and propaganda at the Lihula Muuseum [in the very small town of Lihula [Estonia]]... The musuem is housed in an old manor home that was built in the mid 19th century—very rustic, no lighting, no new paint in decades... To really set a mood, there was an old record player blasting scratchy russian march music.
